We come to the last module of the Base Camp embracing one of the two truths in life: change is continuous. We will explore what makes good change management so to be applied in our individual change processes as well as when we are in charge or participating on a bigger change management event. We left to this point to revise the topic of leadership as it is in change and in conflict that real leaders are most needed. There is a close connection between the strategies we can use and how to apply various leadership styles. We cover here also modern changes in the workplace, such as remote work and automation/AI.
